I will be in Scotland for the next 3 days at the World Class Performance Conference organised by UK Sport.

Looking forward to listen to some great speakers and learn something new. Of course also looking forward to catch up with few colleagues!

Another colleague has finally decided to write something on a blog. Dr. Inigo Mujika is a World renowned Sports Scientist currently working at the Araba Sport Clinic. He has just started a blog available here and I am sure a lot of interesting material will be published in the future.
